Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques and activities to improve hand function, reduce
    pain and enhance mobility.
  • Educate patients on exercises and home programs to facilitate recovery and prevent future
  • Fabricate custom orthotics and splints to protect injured extremities and improve range of motion.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other therapists to
    ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Exhibit the ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.


  • Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a specialization in hand therapy
  • Interest in or have Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hand therapy
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Dedicated to continuing education and professional development
