Our Story
nMotion Physical Therapy, previously known as nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy, was founded in Alpharetta, GA, 2007. Co-founders Kevin Roulhac, OT, CHT, and Kirk Stewart, PT, decided to create a rehab environment that was patient focused, fun, and provided quick, effective results. In 2011, nMotion opened a second location in Woodstock, GA. The journey has been filled with many unforeseen challenges, yet the practice has continued to grow, attracting patients from all over. In 2020 an additional location was added in Marietta and in 2021 a fourth office was opened in Riverdale. Throughout nMotion’s development and growth our goal has remained the same – to help as many people as we can overcome pain and injury while providing them with a pleasant rehab experience.
At nMotion, we want each patient to feel welcomed and believe they are in best place for their rehabilitative care. We work under the motto “Your Rehab. Our Passion” because we truly want to see our patients fully recover and get back to life. It is our driving force and why we love what we do!

Kevin Roulhac
Kevin Roulhac is the CEO and visionary for nMotion Physical Therapy. He and Kirk Stewart co-founded nMotion in 2007 in Alpharetta, Georgia. Previously known as nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy, nMotion Physical Therapy has grown to 4 locations with plans to continue expanding into new markets to provide excellent therapy services in a nurturing environment.
Kevin’s interest in entrepreneurship started at a young age in his hometown of Marianna, Florida. As a teenager, he could be found playing sports with friends and operating his community lawn service. After high school, Kevin attended and played football for Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida. It was during his football playing days that nagging injuries serendipitously led him to discover and pursue the world of outpatient rehabilitation.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Florida A & M University. While interning at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Kevin had the opportunity to be molded by hand therapy legend, Marta Brinkley. After graduation, Kevin moved to Atlanta to pursue music interests and hone his skills as a therapist. Kevin worked for Progressive Sports Medicine before landing a clinic manager’s position with Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Cumming, Georgia.
While working with Fitness Forum, Kevin earned his hand therapy certification and sharpened his management skills. He was frequently rewarded for exceeding company production benchmarks. Kevin worked with Fitness Forum for 6 years before co-founding nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy with Kirk Stewart in 2007.
Simultaneously, Kevin served as a consultant to COG, Restore Physical Therapy in the United States Virgin Islands. He incepted two facilities in St. Thomas and St. Croix in 2009. In 2019, Kevin founded Pivotal Performance Partners to provide consulting services for orthopedic practices and private physical therapy practices in need of improving their systems of operations.
Kevin is most proud of overcoming tough times to continue to evolve as a person, father, and businessman. When he is not working on his businesses, he enjoys spending time with his 6-year-old daughter, riding his trail bike, and practicing Brazilian Jui Jitsu and other martial arts. He is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi, Inc.

Kirk Stewart
Known for his healing touch, Kirk Stewart is the Co-Founder and CFO of nMotion Physical Therapy. He has a talent for attending to the fine details of operations. Kirk possesses the unique quality to help make a vision a reality. He was born and raised in Troy, NY. He graduated from Daemen College (Buffalo, NY) with a BS in Physical Therapy. Prior to moving to Georgia, Kirk managed an outpatient physical therapy center in West Sand Lake, New York for PT Associates of Schenectady.
In 2005 Kirk, his wife and three kids moved to Georgia. In 2007 Kevin and Kirk had an idea to create an outpatient rehabilitation environment that delivered compassionate, and patient centered care in a nurturing environment. nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy opened its doors in November 2007 during the tumultuous economic downturn of the housing market crash. nMotion added a second location in Woodstock, Ga in 2011 and two more locations later on. When asked what he enjoys most about his role Kirk states, “I enjoy interacting with my patients and seeing them move again without pain”.
Kirk has practiced for over 20 years and is certified in dry needling. In his spare time Kirk enjoys exercising, riding his mountain bike and spending time with his wife and 3 teenagers.

Beth Ann Rosenberg
Affectionately known as “B.A.”, Beth Ann is the definition of a Georgia Peach. Born and raised in greater Atlanta, Beth Ann has watched her town grow into a big city. Beth Ann earned her Bachelor of Arts at Medical College of Georgia and currently serves as Senior Occupational Therapist with nMotion Physical Therapy. She has worked with nMotion Physical Therapy for 11 years. She treats simple and complex injuries of the upper extremity. She especially enjoys interacting with her patients and helping them maximize their overall function.
Beth Ann notes her biggest achievement as raising three incredible children. She loves nature and every aspect of the “arts”. In her downtime Beth Ann can be found in a quiet place performing yoga with friends or spending time with her loving family. Beth Ann is a member of the Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group.

Kyle Oatis
Affectionately nicknamed by patients as The Teddy Bear of Rehab. Kyle’s prodigious presence is tempered by his gentle nature. He is a native of Lilburn, Georgia. Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiotherapy from the University of Southern Mississippi, his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Regis College in Boston, Massachusetts and his Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from St. Augustine University with a focus on teaching and learning as well as hand therapy. He can be found explaining the complex anatomy and injury profiles to captivated patients with upper extremity injuries in both the Marietta and Woodstock locations. He is a member of the Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group and currently serves as Chair for the Georgia Occupational Therapy Association.
He notes his biggest achievement is being awarded the Graduate Student Award at Regis College and having the opportunity to be the student speaker at his commencement ceremony.
Kyle loves seeing his patient’s progress and states, “It really brings me joy to have patients come in and say things like I can put my shirt on by myself today or I washed my own hair”. He knows that the therapeutic process can be difficult, so it brings him joy that his patients trust him to be a part of their process.

Caroline Rubadou
Caroline Rubadou serves as a physical therapist in Woodstock. Caroline is a proud Auburn University graduate receiving her Bachelors in Political Science and Government. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mercer University. Caroline is well known by her patients and co-workers alike as a trivia guru, taking on the challenge each week to pose interesting, yet challenging trivia questions for all to ponder on.
In her spare time Caroline loves spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and cheering for her beloved Auburn Tigers no matter the sport.

Megan Leuzarder
Megan Leuzarder is one nMotion’s physical therapists at the Woodstock location and is much beloved by her patients and co-workers alike. She received her B.S. from the University of Georgia in Sports and Exercise Science and then went on to graduate with a MPT from Georgia State University. Megan loves the relationship aspect of outpatient PT. She thrives on getting to know her patients and always strives to be their “go to” PT throughout their lives, whether it is for them or their family and friends.
Born in Texas, but raised in Roswell, Megan now calls Woodstock her home, along with her husband and two children. She says her biggest achievement is balancing her two dream jobs of being a mom and a PT and doing them both happily. When not treating patients, Megan likes to exercise, watch UGA football (Go DAWGS!), playing with her dogs, and watching her kids in their various activities, including gymnastics, soccer, dirt biking and basketball.

Brandon Williams
Brandon Williams is an Occupational Therapist who resides primarily in our Alpharetta location, although from time to time you may find him in Woodstock or Marietta. Brandon is a graduate of Tuskegee University and in his role, he treats hand and upper extremity patients. He is also a Certified Kinesiotape Practioner. When asked what his favorite part about his job is, Brandon responded “being able to guide people through their therapeutic journey and helping them return to doing the things they love.”
According to Brandon, his biggest achievement is being able to find a path that he is passionate about and that allows him to make a difference in people’s lives. Brandon and his wife relocated to Cumming, GA from Thomasville. In his free time Brandon enjoys playing piano, running and going to the beach.

Francelle Damus
Francelle Damus serves as nMotion’s clinic manager and primary therapist at the Riverdale location. Fran graduated from Andrews University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2011. Her favorite part about her role as a physical therapist is helping her patients eliminate pain, restore function and regain their health. Her main philosophy in treatment is to treat them as you would like a family member to be treated.
Fran notes that her greatest achievement is being mom to her daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel and decorating.

Chris Dove
Chris Dove, DPT, serves as the clinic manager and primary physical therapist at nMotion’s Marietta location. Chris earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of North Georgia. He completed his bachelor’s degree in biology at Emmanuel College where he played on the collegiate tennis team. He is certified in dry needling and has special interests in treating athletes of all sports and in improving mobility and quality of life of all patients he treats.
Chris considers his greatest accomplishment in life to becoming the clinic manager of the nMotion Marietta clinic, as this allows him to continue to positively impact people’s lives and helps patients recover from injury and be the best version of themselves. He plans to continue to grow himself and the clinic in this regard. In his free time, Chris continues to play tennis competitively, and enjoys books, movies, and games of all kinds.

Kaitlyn Hughes
Kaitlyn brings a special youthful glow to nMotion’s treatment settings. She is a native of Woodstock, Georgia. Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University. Later she attended Chattahoochee Technical College where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy.
As a multi-sport athlete in high school, she often found herself on a therapist’s treatment table. Her interest in sports and her own recovery is what sparked Kaitlyn’s interest in physical therapy. Kaitlyn’s favorite thing about working with nMotion is helping people of all ages improve their function and ease their pain. As a self-proclaimed lady of the outdoors. When she’s not at work she can be found somewhere in nature or playing one of her favorite sports. Kaitlyn is a member of the APTA.

Tee Fudge
Tee was born in Newark, NJ, but as a military brat, lived in a few different states. She relocated to Atlanta, from VA Beach, VA in 1999. Tee attended Chattahoochee Technical College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy. While attending Chat Tech she held a leadership role as class president of the 2020 cohort. Tee is a member of APTA.
Tee believes that the pursuit of personal wellness is life’s most important journey. Her most appreciated aspect of being a PTA with nMotion is the ability to be a part of the recovery journey for the patients she works with. Outside of being the mom to two fabulous sons, her favorite pastimes include listening to music, spending time with her family, and weightlifting.

Kimberly Toole
Kim Toole is the Director of Marketing for nMotion Physical Therapy. Originally from Rome, GA, Kim graduated from Georgia State University with a BA in Anthropology and minor in Biology. Before joining nMotion, she was a senior manager at a large marketing and PR agency in Atlanta, where she oversaw and directed the marketing and branding initiatives for both small and large clients.
Her favorite thing about her current role is using her experience and skillset to help people find the care they need to reduce their pain in a way that is natural and not dependent on medicines.
During her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their three children. When not cheering on her kids in their individual sports, you will find her traveling, camping, reading and cheering on the UGA Bulldogs!

Kufunya Scott
Nicknamed “Funny” by her family members, this “Grady Baby” is the lifeblood of nMotion Physical Therapy’s front office operations. She has served as Senior Front Office Manager since 2008. Kufunya received her certification in Medical Administration from Georgia Medical Institute. She can be found training new front office coordinators at all nMotion facilities. Kufunya understands the importance of excellent customer service. In fact, her favorite thing about her job is meeting and building relationships with nMotion’s patients. Kufunya states the thing she is most proud of is raising her two kids. She enjoys church activities, event planning and spending time with her family.

Nicole Cooper
Known for her bright smile and Cajun flair, Nicole thrives on providing excellent customer service. She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Nicole has worked with nMotion as Front Office Coordinator in Woodstock, Ga for 6 years. She notes her biggest accomplishment as fighting and defeating cancer in 2017. Her favorite hobbies are cheering on the New Orleans Saints, spending time with her husband and reading.
