About Us

Our Story

nMotion Physical Therapy, previously known as nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy, was founded in Alpharetta, GA, 2007. Co-founders Kevin Roulhac, OT, CHT, and Kirk Stewart, PT, decided to create a rehab environment that was patient focused, fun, and provided quick, effective results. In 2011, nMotion opened a second location in Woodstock, GA. The journey has been filled with many unforeseen challenges, yet the practice has continued to grow, attracting patients from all over. In 2020 an additional location was added in Marietta and in 2021 a fourth office was opened in Riverdale. Throughout nMotion’s development and growth our goal has remained the same – to help as many people as we can overcome pain and injury while providing them with a pleasant rehab experience.

At nMotion, we want each patient to feel welcomed and believe they are in best place for their rehabilitative care. We work under the motto “Your Rehab. Our Passion” because we truly want to see our patients fully recover and get back to life. It is our driving force and why we love what we do!

Kevin Roulhac

Kevin Roulhac is the CEO and visionary for nMotion Physical Therapy.  He and Kirk Stewart co-founded nMotion in 2007 in Alpharetta, Georgia. Previously known as nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy, nMotion Physical Therapy has grown to 4 locations with plans to continue expanding into new markets to provide excellent therapy services in a nurturing environment.

Kevin’s interest in entrepreneurship started at a young age in his hometown of Marianna, Florida.  As a teenager, he could be found playing sports with friends and operating his community lawn service.  After high school, Kevin attended and played football for Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida.  It was during his football playing days that nagging injuries serendipitously led him to discover and pursue the world of outpatient rehabilitation.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Florida A & M University. While interning at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.  Kevin had the opportunity to be molded by hand therapy legend, Marta Brinkley.  After graduation, Kevin moved to Atlanta to pursue music interests and hone his skills as a therapist.  Kevin worked for Progressive Sports Medicine before landing a clinic manager’s position with Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Cumming, Georgia.

While working with Fitness Forum, Kevin earned his hand therapy certification and sharpened his management skills.  He was frequently rewarded for exceeding company production benchmarks.  Kevin worked with Fitness Forum for 6 years before co-founding nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy with Kirk Stewart in 2007.

Simultaneously, Kevin served as a consultant to COG, Restore Physical Therapy in the United States Virgin Islands.  He incepted two facilities in St. Thomas and St. Croix in 2009.  In 2019, Kevin founded Pivotal Performance Partners to provide consulting services for orthopedic practices and private physical therapy practices in need of improving their systems of operations.

Kevin is most proud of overcoming tough times to continue to evolve as a person, father, and businessman.  When he is not working on his businesses, he enjoys spending time with his 6-year-old daughter, riding his trail bike, and practicing Brazilian Jui Jitsu and other martial arts.  He is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi, Inc.
