Growing up sports were a regular part of my life (basketball, soccer, hockey) but running long distances was not! I've enjoyed quite a few 5k's but anything longer was not for me. What am I thinking? 13.1 miles? Really? I will need all the help I can get so please...

WV has worked in Haiti for 30 years and has some 800 staff assessing damage and providing immediate relief.

+ 4x200 sprints
 
Sat  1/9 - 6 mi runFri 2.5 - 3.2 mi
 
Tue  1/12 - 5 mi run + 4x200 sprints Sat + Sun - Sick Days, dang it missed my 9 miles this weekend.
 
Wed 1/13 - 4 mi run Tues 2/9 - 4 mi run, 4 mi bike
Getting back into it.
 
Fri    1/15  - 3.5 mi run  Fri 2/12 - 7 mi in the snow, that was fun!
